UPVC/CPVC Pipe Production Line

Extruder
Kefengyuan high-efficiency twin-screw extruder is specially used for PVC extrusion production.
Haul-off machine and Printer
The enclosed haul-off machine adopts plexiglass window with safety lock to ensure production safety. Inkjet printer or laser printer is optional.
Vacuum water tank
The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel and can realize three-dimensional direction adjustment, with built-in circulating water spray cooling device, better shaping effect.
Opening Extending Machine
The full-automatic flaring machine is equipped with the material receiving traction device matched with the host and the corresponding program interface, which can not only be connected with the pipe extrusion host, but also be used as a single machine. When expanding the pipe, the movement of the pipe adopts the translation mode, the action is stable and accurate, and it is not easy to damage the pipe.
Electric control system
Siemens PLC control system, with LCD touch screen control more convenient operation.
