The sealing strip production equipment produced by our company can be used to produce soft PVC sealing strips / black rubber sealing strips of various sizes and shapes. It can be used as automobile door and window sealing strip, aluminum alloy door and window sealing strip, refrigerator, cabinet sealing strip, etc. The soft PVC sealing strip production line consists of automatic feeding machine, extruder, die and mould, cooling water tank, traction machine , cutter, winder and control system. The production line is easy to operate, energy-efficient and cost-effective, As for the control system of the equipment, we will also provide different options, including traditional console control and PLC control.
You can choose the conventional model equipment produced by our company, or customize the equipment according to your production needs. After the completion of production and installation, the machine will be tested in our company. During the test, customers can come to watch the acceptance in person, or watch the whole test process through live video or whole process video of the test machine. After the whole production line passes the test, we will ship it. When delivering, we will cover the machine with PE film, and select wooden cases and wooden brackets for reinforcement and packaging according to different machine parts. Some common accessories and vulnerable parts will also be sent with the equipment. At the same time, we will provide equipment use and maintenance training by sending engineers or online.
Extruder
The extruder is equipped with automatic feeding and drying machine, PLC control or console control.
Mould
Accurate mold opening, the material is 40Cr alloy structural steel, with forging, quenched and tempered processing.
Traction machine
It is driven by servo motor and the traction belt is adjustable. Plexiglass window with safety lock ensures the safety of production and operation.
Winder
Double station winder, with meter recording device and automatic cutting device.
