The PVC extrusion line produced by kefengyuan company is composed of mixer, twin-screw extruder, die, vacuum cooling water tank, inkjet printer, haul-off machine, cutter, opening extending machine and bracket. The PVC pipe extrusion production line of Qingdao kefengyuan Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. can produce PVC pipes ranging from Φ 16 to Φ 1000mm. The PVC pipes produced by our machine can be used for water supply, drainage, fluid transportation, threading, etc. Our company provides different kinds of PVC pipe production lines to meet customers’ production of different kinds of PVC pipes, such as UPVC pipes, CPVC pipes, PVC-O pipes, PVC-M pipes, etc. At the same time, we can also provide customized PVC pipe production lines, such as conical or parallel twin-screw extruder, PVC double pipe/four pipe production line and PVC perforated pipe production line. Extruder
Kefengyuan high-efficiency twin-screw extruder is specially used for PVC extrusion production.
Haul-off machine and Printer
The enclosed haul-off machine adopts plexiglass window with safety lock to ensure production safety. Inkjet printer or laser printer is optional.
Vacuum water tank
The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel and can realize three-dimensional direction adjustment, with built-in circulating water spray cooling device, better shaping effect.
Opening Extending Machine
The full-automatic flaring machine is equipped with the material receiving traction device matched with the host and the corresponding program interface, which can not only be connected with the pipe extrusion host, but also be used as a single machine. When expanding the pipe, the movement of the pipe adopts the translation mode, the action is stable and accurate, and it is not easy to damage the pipe.
Electric control system
Siemens PLC control system, with LCD touch screen control more convenient operation.
