Extruder and die mould
High efficiency single screw extruder with clothes hanger channel design die head, adjustable die lip and temperature control system can meet the needs of products with different thickness.
Three press roll calender
The surface finish of the roller is high, and the special structural design ensures the strong roller rigidity and the minimum surface temperature error, so as to ensure the high precision of the machine and the high quality of products.
Trimming device
It can realize the longitudinal edge cutting and slitting of products, and the installation position can be adjusted according to the demand.
Transverse cutting machine and bracket
The fixed length cutting of plate can be realized by automatic meter recording device. The signal control of the length gauge can work in manual and automatic modes. The cutting blade is made of high-quality alloy steel and the bracket is made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong reliability and long service life.
Electric control system
PLC programming control is adopted.
