According to different output and different items to be crushed, users can choose the light single shaft shredder, medium single shaft shredder, heavy single shaft shredder and double shaft shredder produced by our company. The light shredder is applicable to the shredding and recycling of gates, plastic thick plates, building plates, plastic films and various hollow containers produced in the process of injection molding, blow molding and extrusion. The medium-sized shredder can crush such as blocks, pipes, woven bags, as well as all kinds of waste cables, wood, waste paper and electronic waste. The heavy shredder can crush materials that are difficult to be broken, such as various plastic large solid bodies, waste wood, waste paper and thick paperboard, electronic products, rubber products and so on. The double shaft shredder has the characteristics of low noise, low energy consumption and high output. It fully embodies the advantages of low speed and large torque shear design. This series of shredder is especially suitable for crushing large-size plastic materials. Through the shearing machine, the bulk density of materials can be increased, so as to reduce the transportation cost.
Shredder
This series of shredders are divided into 600 type, 800 type, 1000 type and 1300 type conventional shredders and special types of shredders can also be customized according to requirements.
Shredder shaft
Single-shaft and double-shaft shredders can be selected according to requirements. The structure of the shaft has been improved many times to maximize the crushing capacity. The shaft body is specially treated, with high strength and long service life.
Crushing unit
The shredder can form a crushing unit with a crusher and a conveyor belt, which can effectively improve the crushing accuracy and produce particles with smaller size and more regular shape.
