Extruder

The production line adopts single screw extruder, including extruder and automatic feeder. The screw is of three-stage structure. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl, the surface is polished and Nitrided. The gear material of the reducer is 20CrMnTi, which is carburized and quenched. The extruder’s temperature regulating device is heated by ceramic heating ring and equipped with fan.

Mould

The material of the mould is 40Cr forged, Quenched and tempered, and the internal flow channel is plated with hard chromium and polished. The exterior is sprayed with high temperature resistant paint. It has the advantages of high accuracy and long service life.
